Simple Homemade Veggie Dip

Appetizer recipes, like this cranberry cheese ball, are my favorite, perfect for the holidays, fiesta pinwheels, and slow cooker buffalo chicken dip, perfect for any game-day party.

This is the best dip for any veggie tray. The best part is that it’s only two ingredients and some spices. That’s all you need to make this classic veggie dip.

Ingredients

veggie dip ingredients
  • Mayonnaise – If you prefer a specific brand of mayo, then go ahead and use that one. I used an off-brand mayonnaise, and it was delicious
  • Sour Cream – This adds to the creamy texture and lends a delicious flavor to this veggie dip
  • Dill Weed – I used dry dill weed for this appetizer
  • Chopped Parsley – I used dry spice, not fresh.
  • Garlic Salt – Garlic salt is a blend of garlic and sea salt or kosher salt
  • Accent – this is a spice that my mom used all the time. You can still find it in the spice section at most grocery stores. It is a blend of garlic, cumin, oregano, paprika, chili pepper, and salt
