Delicious and flavorful casserole filled with beef, cheese, and tater tots. A great family meal.
Ingredients
- 1 (2 lb.) bag of tater tots
- 1 lb. of sirloin ground beef
- 1 can of cream of celery
- 1/3 cup of milk – 2% or whole milk
- 2 cups of frozen broccoli pieces
- 1 (8 oz.) bag of shredded cheddar cheese – divided
- 1 (6 oz.) container of Fried Onions – divided
Instructions
- Brown and drain beef
- Add the cream of celery, milk, broccoli, 1/2 of the cheddar cheese, and 1/2 of the fried onions to the beef
- Mix
- Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish (9×13 works great)
- Top with the rest of the fried onions and cheese
- Line tater tots on top of the mixture
