Tips and Tricks

  • I used course Kosher Salt to sprinkle on the top of my cheesecake dip but you could also use sea salt – as long as it is a large crystal
  • dulce de leche can be found at most grocery stores or you can make your own

If you are ready to make this delicious sweet dip, then let’s make sure you have everything you’ll need

Ingredients:

  • cream cheese – you can use original or 1/3 less fat (Neufchatel)
  • marshmallow creme – also known as fluff
  • powdered sugar – this will sweeten the cheesecake dip
  • dulce de leche – you can find this at grocery stores or you can make your own easily with sweetened condensed milk
  • pecan pieces – you can usually find pecan pieces in the baking aisle of most grocery stores
  • coarse sea salt or kosher salt – I used kosher salt because that is what I had on hand, but sea salt would also work well. It really just needs to be a larger salt crystal. Table salt will not get the desired effect

How do you make Salted Caramel Cheesecake Dip?

  • In a medium-sized bowl, mix the cream cheese, marshmallow creme, powdered sugar, and 2 Tbsp. of the dulce de leche
  • spread into a small serving dish
  • sprinkle pecans
  • drizzle dulce de leche
  • sprinkle salt over caramel sauce
