 - substitute chicken broth for water and chicken bullion cubes

If you are ready to make this recipe, let’s make sure you have everything you’ll need
Ingredients
- 7-8 slices of oven-roasted turkey – the deli will happily slice thick slices for you to make this meal. I asked them to use blade number 5
 - 1 (6 oz.) box of stuffing – I used a box of cornbread stuffing, but you could also make your own favorite homemade stuffing
 - unsalted butter – this is used to make a roux for your gravy
 - all-purpose flour – this is combined with melted butter as a base for the gravy
 - water – you’ll add this to the butter and flour and whisk it over medium heat while making the gravy
 - chicken bouillon cubes – this is added for flavor
 - chicken rotisserie seasoning – a little extra seasoning for the gravy

How do you make Turkey and Stuffing Roll-Ups?
- make the stuffing – using the instructions on the box or make your own favorite recipe
 - set out a slice of turkey in an 8×10-inch baking pan
 - fill it with stuffing and roll it up
 - place it seam side down or secure it with a wooden toothpick
 - continue with all of your turkey slices
 - bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes
 - while that is baking, make the gravy
 - make a roux with melted butter and flour
 - add water and whisk
 - add the bouillon and seasoning
 - continue to whisk until it is the thickness and texture that you want
 - if needed: strain any lumps out of gravy that might not have thinned out with whisking

I know you are going to love it! 🙂
Delicious and very easy! The next time I do these I will ask for #4 slice instead of #5. I also made a batch using vegetarian Turkey slices. They were also delicious and well received. The best of both worlds- Turkey, gravy and stuffing without wrestling with the big bird!
