Instructions
Combine everything in a large bowl
Mix to combine
Divide mixture and liquid evenly between three 16 oz. Jars or place in a sealed container. Liquid may not fill the jars 100%.
Optional: Divide fresh dill evenly between the jars
Refrigerate overnight. Let them pickle for at least 12 hours. They are even better after a few days.
