What if I don't have Low-Sodium Soy Sauce?
low sodium soy sauce has less salt which is why it is used in this recipe. If you use regular soy sauce without adjusting the recipe, the beef will be very salty.However, if you only have regular soy sauce you can use it. Just add more water (about 1 cup) to the recipe to dilute the salt
