Instructions
Boil potatoes until fork tender
drain potatoes
In a medium-sized bowl, mix the bacon and onion
fold in the potatoes
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, warm the water, vinegar, and sugar until sugar is dissolved
Pour water mixture over the potatoes and gently toss to coat
Serve immediately
