Pour the olive oil into a skillet, set over med/high heat
Add the onion and continue to cook turning over occasionally until the onion has turned translucent and browned
To that, add the asparagus tips and cook, turning until browned and softened
Lightly salt the vegetables
When those are cooked, turn the heat off and set them aside
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add the ground pepper, mustard, garlic, cheeses, and mayonnaise
Stir together, and spread over the crust
Add the cooked vegetables
Bake at 450 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned
Cut into wedges and enjoy
