Ingredients
  

  • 4 large 4 large eggs beaten well
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • ¼ cup butter unsalted - melted
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1&1/4 cup pecan halves
  • 1 9 in. pie crust uncooked

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
  • Place an uncooked pie crust into a pie pan
  • Mix everything together and pour over the crust
  • Place the pie pan over a baking sheet to catch any spills
  • Bake for 50 minutes
  • The pie will puff up slightly, but will settle as it cools
  • Allow the dish to cool completely, as the center will still need to set during this process.
