Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 chicken breast cup up into serving sized pieces
  • 3 tbsp. butter unsalted
  • 1 cup onion chopped
  • 2 tsp. paprika
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. flour
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions
 

  • Cut chicken into serving-sized pieces
  • Melt butter in a large pot
  • Saute onions until tender
  • Add paprika, broth, and salt
  • Brink to a boil and add chicken
  • Reduce heat to a simmer and place lid on pot
  • Cook on low heat for about one hour or until chicken is cooked through and tender.
  • Remove chicken from pot and set aside
  • Stir flour into sour cream
  • Pour slowly into liquid, all while whisking
  • Put chicken back into sour cream mixture
  • Cover and cook for five minutes or until sauce has thickened - stirring occasionally
