Chicken Paprika with Sour Cream

- 3-4 chicken breast cup up into serving sized pieces
- 3 tbsp. butter unsalted
- 1 cup onion chopped
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. flour
- 1 cup sour cream
Cut chicken into serving-sized pieces
Melt butter in a large pot
Saute onions until tender
Add paprika, broth, and salt
Brink to a boil and add chicken
Reduce heat to a simmer and place lid on pot
Cook on low heat for about one hour or until chicken is cooked through and tender.
Remove chicken from pot and set aside
Stir flour into sour cream
Pour slowly into liquid, all while whisking
Put chicken back into sour cream mixture
Cover and cook for five minutes or until sauce has thickened - stirring occasionally
