Ingredients
  

  • 1 loaf Frozen White Bread Dough
  • 6 oz. Pepperoni Slices deli sliced makes the best bread
  • 8 oz. Mozzarella Cheese
  • ¼ cup Melted Butter (unsalted)
  • 1 tbsp. Basil or Oregano - your preference
  • ¼ cup Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 14 oz. Pizza Sauce - for dipping

Instructions
 

  • Thaw bread on a lightly floured board
  • Once the bread has thawed, roll it out into a long, thin roll.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
  • Spread 1/2 of the melted butter on the rolled-out bread
  • Place pepperoni slices on top
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the pepperoni
  • Sprinkle with half of the basil or oregano
  • Pull up the sides to overlap them, pinch the sides and ends closed
  • Brush the rest of the melted butter over the top of the bread
  • Sprinkle with more basil or oregano and Parmesan cheese
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes on a parchment paper-lined pan
  • Slice into several pieces
  • Use warm pizza sauce for dipping
