An easy-to-make lemon bread that the whole family will enjoy.

- 1 pkg. of lemon cake mix
- 1 pkg. (3 oz.) of instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup of water
- 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
- 4 large eggs
- 3 Tbsp. of poppy seed
icing
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 2 Tbsp. of lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- In a large mixing bowl, mix the cake ingredients together – whisk or use an electric mixer to make sure the batter is well blended
- Pour batter into 2 greased loaf pans
- Bake for 30-40 minutes
- Let cool
- in a small bowl, whisk the powdered sugar and lemon juice to make the icing
- drizzle onto cooled loaves of bread

- Cook Time: 30-40 minutes
