Creamy crab salad recipe that is full of flavor and simple to make.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. of lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. of salt
- 1/4 tsp. of ground black pepper
- 1&1/2 tsp. of dried dill
- 1 lb. of imitation crab meat chopped – I used leg-style crab sticks but you can use flake style instead
- 3 Tbsp. of green onion – sliced
- 1/2 cup of celery – sliced
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper – diced
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk the mayo, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and dill
- Fold in the rest of the ingredients
- optional: garnish with fresh dill

Make this crab salad a few days in advance. Store covered in the refrigerator and mix one last time before serving
