Creamy crab salad recipe that is full of flavor and simple to make.


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. of lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. of salt
  • 1/4 tsp. of ground black pepper
  • 1&1/2 tsp. of dried dill
  • 1 lb. of imitation crab meat chopped – I used leg-style crab sticks but you can use flake style instead
  • 3 Tbsp. of green onion – sliced
  • 1/2 cup of celery – sliced
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper – diced

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, whisk the mayo, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and dill
  • Fold in the rest of the ingredients
  • optional: garnish with fresh dill
