Mango Guacamole Recipe for a refreshing side or dip
Ingredients
- 3 Medium Ripe Avocados – Peeled and chopped
- 1 Large Mango – Peeled and chopped
- 1 Roma Tomato – chopped
- 1/2 cup of Red onion – chopped
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro
- 3 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Instructions
- Combine the avocados, mango, tomato, red onion, and cilantro
- Stir in the lime juice, and salt
- Serve with tortilla chips
