- 1 (15 oz.) can of black beans – drained and rinsed
- 1 (15 oz.) can of sweet corn – drained
- 1 medium purple onion – chopped or diced
- 1–2 beefsteak tomatoes – chopped
- 1/2 cup of fresh cilantro – chopped
- 1/2 tsp. of salt

- In a medium-sized bowl combine everything and mix well
